Prime Direc Prime Direc
My employer's Web site. My job title is Web Designer, but of course I do a good deal more than design. I maintain the site as well, which gets updated every quarter with a new DIRECTV promotion. Other product lines are being introduced, and their promotions also add to the maintenance schedule.
Sat-Go Satellite TV to Go Sat-Go - Satellite to Go
My first use ever of video clips on a Web site. Not my typical style, but sometimes form has to follow function. The emphasis here was giving visitors visuals in video format in order to capture the buzz around the product and to show hands-on use of it by real users.

One of Prime Direc's new product lines, this was my second project using some but not all of the Web theory I now employ. Theory sometimes has to bend to fact, just as form gives way to function. Long on graphics and short on content, this Web site represents an older, less studied approach I once took to Web design. I still make changes from time to time, and I plan to do some overhauling later this year.

This Web site represents my very first application of some of the Web theory I now embrace. I began using top-of-the-page tabs for general categories, but in this instance I used a javascript-generated menu.
